In her book, True to His Ways, Ms. Davis goes into great depths pointing out the biblical errors in major counterfeit religious beliefs of our day. The information given on the spiritual dangers of yoga is invaluable in regards to biblical discernment. Christians who think that yoga is a harmless form of exercise to relieve stress are deceived. Just like Eve, these Christians are eating a forbidden fruit of spiritual destruction. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: - Genesis 3:4 [KJV]

The National Geographic Channel aired a program entitled, Secrets of Revelation. Secrets of Revelation presented the usual speculations and historical evidence behind the Book of Revelation [or The Revelation of Jesus Christ]. What stood out were the “Christian” ministers who asserted that Revelation was mere literature. This was followed up by statements that the author of Revelation was an angry, displaced old man. Cassandrah Batya writes in defence that the truth is never pretty.

So, what’s wrong with yoga, especially Christian Yoga? Yoga seeks to lower a person’s spiritual resistance in order to open him or her up to the mystical powers of the spiritual realm. Not only is yoga spiritually and mentally dangerous, it is another way that pagan/demonic practices are infiltrating The Body of Christ through ecumenism. The term “Christian Yoga” is an oxymoron. It goes against the very foundation of the Gospel of Christ, which Christians are here to defend and protect. Yoga is founded on the opposing belief that there is more than one way to God, though the inner self [man] rather than Christ.
