Mr Deepak Mahtani, BA, AIMC, FRSA hold a business degree from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan and American College, Switzerland.  Deepak Mahtani is of Sindhi Indian origin, lived in the Far East for 14 years, Switzerland for 14 years, and speaks English, French, Spanish, Japanese and 2 Indian languages.  He is married and has 2 boys.

Deepak Mahtani is currently a management training consultant specializing in understanding culture and working with different cultures, especially India, Japan, and China. He has coached and trained hundreds of senior managers who are involved in offshoring and outsourcing to Indian companies and in remote team management around the globe.  Most of his clients are FTSE100 or Fortune 500 companies.
