Wilson is the youth leader at International Punjabi Masihi Church in Vancouver, Canada. Everyone loves this radical preacher's passion for Christ and His Church. Wilson helped organize the South Asian Global Convention (SAGC 2004) under the leadership of Pastor Pritam Singh. He is as "hairy-as-a-yak," "spits-like-a-camel," and is a F.A.T. (Faithful, Available, and Teachable) Christian. Wilson, a Malayalee Christian holds a BA in Biblical Studies from Trinity Western University and his mission is to make Scripture relevant to today's generation. Famous quote: "Knock it off!"
"Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. " (Galatians 5:25)
So I'm learning a new lesson. It is a hard one. It is to take nothing personal even when people are insincere and hurt. It is to just let the pain go and let it off the hook. If I don't, it will rob my peace and make me bitter, cold, hard, angry and harsh, cruel and even malicious.
When the world and flesh and devil get in my life, it is okay to take it personally from them and even relatiate using weapons of righteousness which can come in the form of forgiveness, reconciliation, love, understanding and standing up against what is wrong and many more forms. This will only come when I get to the emotional root of the problem. It is the place were true, authentic healing can come in.
It is the life of Christ. It is the way of the Lord. It is the narrow path he talked about. It has many products that comes from living by the Spirit which are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
But it doesn't finish there. There is still more to know and explore and ascertain and experience. I haven't even began to see the tip of the iceberg yet. There is more, more, more.
"...for God gives the Spirit without limit." Jude 3:34
