A New Breed of Leadership - Young, Sacrificial, Faith-Filled And Godly

Wilson is the youth leader at International Punjabi Masihi Church in Vancouver, Canada. Everyone loves this radical preacher's passion for Christ and His Church. Wilson helped organize the South Asian Global Convention (SAGC 2004) under the leadership of Pastor Pritam Singh. He is as "hairy-as-a-yak," "spits-like-a-camel," and is a F.A.T. (Faithful, Available, and Teachable) Christian. Wilson, a Malayalee Christian holds a BA in Biblical Studies from Trinity Western University and his mission is to make Scripture relevant to today's generation. Famous quote: "Knock it off!"

There is a new breed of leadership rising up in the kingdom. God is stirring up young leaders who are truly laying down their life, denying self, sacrificially giving and leaving everything behind to follow him.
They have and edge over other Christians. They can tangibly see the hand of God meet everyone of their needs to the glorious riches in Christ Jesus. They are filled with renewed confidence and faith when they see it really is God Himself living the ministry through their met needs. These people are able to come undone and put no confidence in the flesh or their own strength. They have learned to die to self and put 100% dependence on Chirst and in Him alone. They feel so free and liberated by this rise to the call! As each need gets met, a renewed humility takes the place of the pride and satisfaction comes into every corner of the ministry!
And these people are willing to do more, take wider leaps of faith and go headlong in a vision far bigger than self. They live above the level of mediocrity and live the abundant life which is far above their wildest expectations.
Other Christians can only look and wonder... They see the freedom, hand of God and depth of character and faith in this new breed of leadership! They are in awe and desire much more of God. Their inspiration rises up, passion gets fueled and zeal increases. There is a secret and godly jealousy as they see these new leaders rise up to a call way beyond their means! It reminds us that there is more to God than our wildest dreams. There is still more, more and even more!
"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen." (Ephesians 2:20-21)
