When I was on a missionary trip in north India (Brother Manoharan, you may remember me, meeting you either in Sonnapet or Karnal), I had to
spend three days in Punjab in certain city.  I was invited to speak in a Church;
the Pastor was my neighbour in India. When he went to Hindustan
Bible Institute, myself and my father wrote recommendation letters
for him.

He was working with one national evangelistic association. After
speaking at the Church, while eating the lunch, neither his wife nor
his children served the food, but one young man was serving the
food. I thought he was a servant there, but I got a little more
inquisitive and asked my host about him. His reply rather shocked me.

This person got a theological training, and delegated to this
new place to learn deeper discipleship training under the leadership
of a matured mentor. This disciple was treated like a helpless
servant which hurted my feelings so greatly.

Under the "discipleship-mentor" training, many are mistreated
like the cruel ragging victims in colleges. This issue has to be
addressed. Many may leave the ministry due to the evil minded
so called "mentors".
