God Predestined Me To Glorify Him Through A Pipe Instrument Called The Nadhaswaram

I was born in a small town in the southern part of India in a state called TamilNadu. Though a Muslim by birth I grew up in a family that valued Indian tradition and culture more than religion. My ancestors devoted their lives to Indian classical music, especially to an instrument called Nadhaswaram (pipe). I was also a part of this tradition until our Lord spoke to me and anointed me with His Holy spirit. Just as the Lord chose David who played the harp for Him, I feel He has predestined me to glorify Him through my music . He called me for His Ministry seven years ago and since then I have been ministering His word to His people through the music of Nadhaswaram and the power of the Gift of the Word of God.

On 15 May 2005 millions of Christians from 156 nations in the world united in the first ever Global Day of Prayer. Christians gathered in different venues, seeking God's face in repentance and prayer for the transformation of their communities and nations. Driven by Hab. 2:14 ("For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea"), the dream is to mobilize Christians from every single nation in the world to participate in the Global Day of Prayer over the next few years until 2010. However, the focus is not only on a single day of prayer, but to see a lifestyle of prayer established that will transform communities. This move of prayer is still miraculously expanding. In 2006 millions of Christians from 199 nations united in prayer and in 2007 even more Christian from 204 nations participated. On Pentecost Sunday, 11 May 2008, the nations of the world will once again unite in the Global Day of Prayer.

For decades, a phenomenon has been recurring in the Muslim world. Men and women – without any knowledge of the Gospel and without any contact with Christians – have been forever transformed after experiencing dreams and visions of Jesus Christ. Reports of these supernatural occurrences often come from “closed countries” where preaching the Gospel is forbidden and where converting to Christianity can invoke the death sentence. A common denominator appears to be that the dreams come to those who are seeking to know and please God. We decided to capture some of these stories and use them as a witnessing tool to Muslims all over the world.

When Esther Gulshan Fatima, a devout Pakistani Muslim girl, was six months old, typhoid left her a cripple. Her loving father took her from Pakistan to England to find a cure, but the only hope the British specialist could offer was prayer. Gulshan and her father made a pilgrimage to Mecca and begged Allah for healing . . . . As Gulshan began reading the Quran, her interest in Jesus grew, until one amazing night Jesus appeared to her in her bedroom in a blaze of light. Jesus restored her crippled arm and leg and taught her 'The Lords Prayer'. Jesus told her to go to his people now and tell them what he had done. Since that time, and to this day, Esther Gulshan Fatima has been a joyous, obedient disciple of Christ. Gulshan Esther now lives in Oxford, England. The Torn Veil has sold over 200,000 copies.

On December 24, 1983, Brother Sadhu had a supernatural visitation from the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus then asked Sundar Selvaraj, "Will you continue the ministry of Sadhu Sundar Singh?" Without any hesitation, Selvaraj answered "Yes Lord!" Smiling, the Lord said, "Do not reply hastily! This is a very difficult ministry with lots of suffering. You may have to suffer loneliness, isolation, hunger, pain and persecutions. Now tell Me. Will you accept this ministry?" Humbly kneeling before the Lord Jesus, Selvaraj answered, "Yes Lord. I will continue Sadhu Sundar Singh's ministry." Pleased with that answer, the Lord Jesus came towards Selvaraj and placed a mantle. Laying on his hands upon him the Lord Jesus then said, "I am ordaining you as an apostle to Tibet. Go and evangelize Tibet and her people. From today you shall be called Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj."
A music video by Anil Kant and family and Johnny Lever. Anil Kant has been involved with music for many years. A Hindu-Punjabi, he spent three years in Singapore and ten years in Indonesia pursuing a career in music. In 1999, he was inspired by the teachings of the Lord Jesus to serve and minister in the land of his birth. This was when he dedicated himself to use his talents for the Lord. God was gracious and blessed his family with a recording business and Trinity Sounds Pvt. Ltd. was established under which two independent recording studios and a music brand called Trinity Sounds was introduced. The vision of Trinity Sounds and it’s director Anil Kant, is to reclaim the music industry for Jesus. Music was definitely created by God to praise and worship Him. How To Have "Safe Sex"?

A lot more people are talking about it every day. There seems to be an increased attempt to spread awareness about “safe sex” these days. Rightly so, perhaps, with the rate of HIV/AIDS and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases’ (STDs) infections steadily increasing, especially among the youth. We might not have to ponder long over the seemingly intensifying lust among men and women. Pornography and erotic scenes are aired right into our unsuspecting living room; the newspapers which form our opinion every morning and the huge billboards along the road are certainly no better. Agreed, sex is the most exhilarating physical pleasure. Yet if it is not enjoyed in the proper way there is untold pain lurking behind.

What God Is Doing Through Me

God is polishing me and taking me through the fire that refines me. You know it is hard to go through the refining fire though we know that we will become a cleansed weapon in God's hand. Believe me, I recently thought of even quitting from Christian ministry. I have been going through a financial crisis which is the worst time I ever had. I thought of doing a secular job and doing God's ministry. You could be a witness everywhere you work but it is hard for those who are called to be fulltime workers. I hardly get time to do ministry if I do another job. At the end of the day, I am sure that the Lord is faithful and He knows all about our needs.
This One Thing I Do

Most people know that in order to excel at anything in life you must be devoted; you have to sacrifice time, expend energy, and give yourself over to your goals in order to achieve them. Paul the Apostle told us in Philippians that this attitude was the key to his great success as a disciple of Christ. Philippians 3:13-14 says “ . . . . I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." This one thing I do. Less is more when we are focused on achieving mastery in any area of our lives.

I lived a wild life of alcoholism and carelessness. I was a devoted Hindu who married a girl from the Brahman family. I came to America in 1995 and began working in an Indian store in Atlanta, Georgia. During this time I met a Pastor Avinash Raiborde from India who was a regular customer of the store. The Pastor offered to pray for a problem I was having and three days later the problem was resolved. I began to really listen to what he was saying about Jesus. When I lost my job at the store, I was very afraid, but God sent a man to me that day to offer me an even better job!

Father's Love Letter - Unconditional Love From The Father Of Creation

Father's Love Letter is a compilation of bible verses from both the Old & New Testaments that are presented in the form of a love letter from God to the world. Each line in the Father's Love Letter message is paraphrased, which means we have taken each scripture's overall message and summarized it as a single phrase to best express it's meaning. The power of God's Word has the ability to change lives because it is God's Word. The Bible describes God's Word as living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12) and promises not to return empty (Isaiah 55:11). Today we live in a fatherless generation where many people believe that God's angry and distant from His creation. The world is crying out to be unconditionally loved. The Church is crying out to be unconditionally loved. We all desperately need to hear the truth that God loves us and is the Father we have been looking for all our lives.

Many first time visitors to Germany are surprised by the cosmopolitan picture that presents itself in large cities such as Berlin, Hamburg or Frankfurt. This is not only seen on the menus of restaurants and coffee shops, but right on the high streets. Döner kebab stands have moved next to Bratwurst Grill, the corner bar has been transformed into an Italian restaurants and one finds a Sushi bar in every major shopping mall. Berlin is an ideal place to discover these varieties of cultures. Although many of the migrants in Berlin have been here for two or three generations already, the average German does very little to befriend his/her African or Asian neighbour.

With the advent of the Internet, pornography is only a click-away and more kids are falling prey to sexual addiction than ever before. According to some studies, nine in ten teens have been exposed to pornography. These days, one doesn't need to go looking for it, it comes flooding into our inboxes without any solicitations. The ubiquitous spam mails with adult content are freely floating around everywhere. Unsupervised access to broadband Internet has only aggravated the problem for teens. The growing interest of teens in social networking sites also poses grave danger and not to mention obscene and sexually explicit images and videos they "accidently" run into can get them hooked forever.
