Accommodation
Accommodation costs are not included in the SAGC 2007 Registration Fees. SAGC 2007 delegates must book their own accommodation.
Please BOOK YOUR ROOMS ASAP. These attractive SAGC Recommended hotel room rates are limited in number and get quickly taken up. If you delay in booking your accommodation, you may end up paying the expensive London hotel room rates of 60GBP+ or more per room, per night.
Procedure to book your SAGC Recommended Accommodation
a. Log onto the websites given
b. Choose your hotel of preference, codes for websites are below
c. Book your dates of arrival and departure
d. Follow directions for payment and confirmation.
e. Email us at info@SAGC2007.com to let us know where you’ll be staying and the names of the persons in the room.
Important things to take note of:
1. Please book into the hotels in Barking first. If rooms are not available in Barking, then book into the City Airport hotel.
2. International delegates are requested to arrive at least one day before SAGC 2007 to help in coping with jet lag: You don’t want to be falling asleep during seminars!
3. The SAGC 2007 Organizing TEAM has arranged a special bus service at pre-arranged times to transport you between the SAGC Recommended Hotels and the Convention site: Manor Park Christian Church.
4. If you decide to stay at a non-SAGC 2007 Recommended hotel, you will need to arrange your own transport to the Convention site: Manor Park Christian Church.
